Program: 80,000sf class A office space on 3 floors.

Location: 20285 S Western ave, Torrance, CA

Construction: steel frame, curtain wall, stucco.

Flexible office space for Martiz’ West Coast office. Maritz wanted a simple, straight forward building which would fit well with its marketing research role in the automotive industry. Curtain wall details are used to strategically imply a sense of quality and creativity.
