Scope: Conceptual Design,- Schematic design

Client: PDH Partners, LLC, Friedman Equities, LLC

Program:150 rooms, 20 casetas, restaurant, 6000 sf banquet room, 50 town home condominiums at 3 levels, one level parking basement. Amenities include a spa, a wellness center, an executive retreat, a courtyard with fire pits, water features and a cascading lounge/bar. Plunge pools on every balcony and fireplaces in every room.

Location: Highway 74-El Paseo, Palm Desert, CA

Construction: wood frame

The design creates an environment of luxurious living and entertaining for the well traveled, well to do 35 to 40’s somethings. Poolside relaxation and dining, entertaining in group sized fire pit open air lounges, and pools side villas are the major attractions, taking advantage of the year round desert climate. The architecture embodies sleek sophistication, minimalist detailing, using warm materials, such as teak and lime stone.
