Scope: Proposal to potential hotel operators.

Client: PDH Partners, LLC, Friedman Equities, LLC

Program: 5 story 200 room 5 star boutique hotel, 25 luxury poolside villas, 50 townhome/ villas, a 3 level parking structure.

Location: Frank Sinatra dr and Montery dr., Rancho Mirage, CA

Construction: to be determined.

The goal of the proposal is to create a vision of upscale, luxurious living and entertaining, geared towards well to do, well traveled 35 to 40’s somethings. Poolside relaxation and dining, entertaining in group sized cabanas, and pools side villas are the major attractions, taking advantage of the year round desert climate. Every room and every villa is to have its own plunge pool and fire place.The architecture embodies sleek sophistication, minimalist detailing.
