Scope: Proposal

Client: Concord Wilshire LLP

Program: A single tower containing a 200 room W hotel, 245 condominiums ranging from studio apartments to penthouse lofts, a 12 level, 600 car parking garage.

Location: N. Morgan st, and E. Whiting st., Tampa, Fla

Construction: concrete

The goal of the proposal is to create a vision of hip, luxurious living and entertaining, geared towards well to do, well traveled 35 to 40’s somethings. The condominiums will be W branded residences and serviced by the hotel. Hotel check-in will be at the lobby cum dance club 42nd top floor, together with the sandy beach lounge and the restaurant. Hotel rooms will be in the lower half of the tower with the residences above. The architecture embodies sleek, yet dynamic sophistication, minimalist detailing. The tower makes for a large W against Tampa’s skyline.
