Scope: Exterior Conceptual Design,- Schematic design

Client: Hanover Company

Program: 144 1 br, 2 br for rent units; amenities, including a fitness center, spa, a recreational deck with a pool and a fire pit, and a Zen garden.

Location: 6300 Wilshire blvd, Los Angeles

Construction: concrete frame, window wall, stucco, metal panels.

The architecture blends in with its context of high end residential and commercial environment. The structural concrete frame provides an expression of loft like, urban living with floor to ceiling glazing, and balconies with clear glass balustrades. The units will have concrete exposed walls and ceilings. The parking garage, which creates a podium for the amenity deck, is located on the second level, and is screened from view with a veil of perforated stainless steel panels.
