Scope: Proposal

Client: Thomas S Ricci, Thomas Properties Group

Program: 320,000 sf of build to suit office space in 2- 6 floor structures, a parking garage accommodating 1250 spaces, an exterior corporate meeting space.

Location: Mariposa Ave and Douglas st., El Segundo, CA

Construction: steel frame for the office buildings, precast concrete frame for parking.

The project is competition entry and a financial proposal for a new Herbalife Headquarters in Southern California. The design is a metaphor for Herbalife’s commitment to good nutrition and healthy life style. The project feels light, transparent, and emphasizes scientific research with prominently placed laboratories. Landscapes and water features create a sense of welcome for distributors, and an exiting place for outdoor gatherings. The project expresses itself as a gateway to a better way of living.
