Program: 6 story, 195,000 sf class A speculative office building

Location: 2275 Rio Bonito Way, Mission Valley, San Diego

Construction: steel frame, curtain wall, flexirock wall system, sandstone wall tile.

Mission Valley is a suburban office environment with few outstanding features. Currie Partners wanted their building to create a focal point and a memorable image. The architecture transforms a traditional program of functional office space into a highly dynamic expression, underscored with a palette of sandstone tile, alternating bands of curtain wall, and smooth flexirock surfaces.
