Scope: Conceptual Design,- Schematic design

Client: Noble Vietnam Co.,LTD

Program: 1250 2, 3, and 4 bedroom units ranging in size from 110 sm apartments to 320 sm penthouses. The project includes a fitness center, a restaurant, subterranean parking, and a program of amenities. Part of the residential development, the client must also provide a school covering kindergarten through highschool, a police station, a small retail center and a family clinic.

Location: Kim No, Dong Ahn District, Hanoi, Vietnam

Construction: concrete

The units are designed to maximize 360 degree views of the breathtaking tropical landscape with deep recessed, large expanses of energy efficient glass and shaded balconies. The architecture is inspired by the stunning rock formations of nearby Halong Bay and the rich surrounding  horticulture. The tall and low peaks of rock formations seemingly floating above the ocean at Halong bay influenced a lively composition of massing consisting of slender 24 story towers, mid- rise, and low- rise structures.
